We are reviewing our district level corrective action/verification processes for state complaints. We are finding the procedures utilized for monitoring purposes do not necessarily fit the necessities for complaints, so we have a couple of requests.

We are finding the procedures utilized for monitoring purposes do not necessarily fit the necessities for complaints, so we have a couple of requests.  1. We would like to see some examples of district level corrective action plans as they are written in final decisions. Specifically we are interested in looking at language, content and specificity in regard to the finding. What are typical orders? 2. Once a district level corrective action is ordered, what does the verification process look like to ensure appropriate future provision of services for all children with disabilities? Review of procedures? File reviews and if so how many? Professional development specifics?
