We are reviewing our district level corrective action/verification processes for state complaints. We are finding the procedures utilized for monitoring purposes do not necessarily fit the necessities for complaints, so we have a couple of requests. 1. We would like to see some examples of district level corrective action plans as they are written in final decisions. Specifically we are interested in looking at language, content and specificity in regard to the finding.
