When a due process case takes place, who is assessed the cost of paying for it?  In your states, does the LEA underwrite some or all of the cost for the hearing?  If it’s shared between the SEA and the LEA, what is the percentage split between the two entities?  If your state runs its hearings through an Office of Administrative Hearings, does the OAH (or its equivalent) assess costs to the SEA, LEA or both?
