One of our state advocacy groups has asked us to share de-identified, redacted data we use as evidence that public agencies are complying with the CAPs that have been put in place. Their rationale is that they have parties calling them with concerns, and in their view, the information they have been given by the state DPO is not sufficient enough. Has anyone had similar experiences?
