With over 18 years of experience in early intervention and family support, Beth is a seasoned advocate for children with developmental disabilities and special healthcare needs, driving efforts to ensure families have access to the resources and services they require.

Beth’s work within NJEIS has been instrumental in shaping systems that facilitate access to essential services for families, and developmental delays. Her deep commitment to advocacy, coupled with her focus on compliance with federal and state regulations, has earned her a reputation as a dedicated leader in her field.

Beth's comprehensive knowledge of the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) and her work bridging the gap between families and service providers further highlight her leadership. Beth has been responsible for ensuring timely access to services, facilitating dispute resolution, conducting training, and developing community-based initiatives that promote inclusivity.

Beth's expertise in early childhood development is complemented by her extensive experience in special healthcare needs. She completed a two-year fellowship in Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental Disabilities (LEND) at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the University of Pennsylvania, where she gained valuable clinical and didactic training in neurodevelopmental disabilities.

Throughout her career, Beth has worked closely with families, service providers, and state agencies to ensure that early intervention services align with state and federal regulations. Her unwavering commitment to advocacy and her meticulous attention to compliance have made her a trusted leader and resource for both professionals and families.

On a personal level, Beth is married to her childhood sweetheart of 26 years and the mother of two boys with special needs, giving her a unique perspective and personal connection to the challenges and triumphs faced by families of children with disabilities. This personal experience fuels her passion for supporting and empowering families within NJEIS and beyond.

Beth’s advocacy extends beyond her role at NJEIS. She has been an advocate for the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, where she has worked to promote legislation that ensures equal access to care for children who are deaf or hard of hearing, access to Hemophilia treatment centers that serve children and youth with bleeding disorders through the National Hemophilia Foundation. She has also served in leadership roles within the New Jersey Chapter of Hands & Voices, an organization supporting families of children with hearing loss.

In her spare time, Beth enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping, and exploring new music. She is actively involved in community initiatives focused on hearing loss, child development, bleeding disorders, child loss, and family support.
