Miriam Novotny

As one of the directors of the Mosaic Learning Center, Miriam values developing a work environment that engages the unique abilities and strengths of staff and students. In partnership with staff, she seeks to inspire a sense of curiosity and creativity in order to foster the most vibrant learning community possible. In addition to her work, Miriam attends Case Western Reserve University to pursue her Masters in Positive Organization Development. When she is not at work or school, Miriam enjoys time with her family and friends and working in her gardens.
