John Pavlack

Prior to joining PSU and Systems of Care team, John lived in Indiana, where he worked for 20 years in community mental health. In 2008, John took the role of Trainer/Quality Improvement Specialist for the State of Indiana's Wraparound Demonstration Grant. John was responsible for developing training and QI measures around the project, which brought funding and capacity for Wraparound in a majority of Indiana counties. The project was successful, and the state adopted permanent funding for Wraparound statewide. In addition, John worked as a Systems of Care consultant for various communities developing this infrastructure and collaboration. John brings experience working with state and local agencies with emphasis on improving capacity and care for families involved in mental health, juvenile justice, child welfare, and special education.
