Dr. Melanie Reese has been the Dispute Resolution Coordinator for the Idaho State Dept. of Education since 2010. Patricia McGinnis holds a degree in education from the University of Minnesota and has over twenty years of teaching experience. Patricia Williams is a consultant with the Wisconsin Department of Public Instruction who works in the area of special education procedural compliance.
