Jan Serak

Jan Serak is the Executive Co-Director of WI FACETS, a nonprofit agency providing training, information and support for parents of children with disabilities related to special education. She received her B.S. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and M.A. in Educational Psychology and Dispute Resolution from Marquette University. She is the parent of two sons, one of whom has autism. She is Co-Director of the OSEP Region 4 Parent TA Center and of WI’s Parent Training and Information Center. She is a partner in the WI Special Education Mediation System. She serves on the CADRE Advisory Board, IDEA Partnership Creating Agreement team, North Central RTI Collaborative, and Autism Society of WI Board.
