Eric Neessen has been employed by the Iowa Department of Education since August 2002. He is a school psychologist by training and has been the consultant for dispute resolution since June 2010, when Dee Ann Wilson retired. Eric is involved in Iowa’s response to intervention (RtI) efforts, special education eligibility standards development, and has been the facilitator for Iowa’s special education advisory panel since 2007.
